Or rather, two:

  1. Two meals a day work wonderfully. If you at least occasionally (you can start with once a week) skip one meal, you might feel your body becoming more energetic, somehow younger.
  2. If you avoid eating after 6 PM, it’s easier to wake up in the morning.

Tested from personal experience. But just to clarify – this is only my personal opinion.
