At Tribhuvan Airport, while waiting for the flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (both in Nepal), I asked one of the staff members: what happened to this helicopter? The answer made me smile: “Well… it’s just a technical issue…” 😂😂
This was essentially the first day of our trek to Everest Base Camp. That day, we flew to Lukla by helicopter (not the one in the picture, of course) and started our ascent. I’ll write about all this someday…
