People ask. What can replace meat in a vegetarian diet? If you practice vegetarianism, what can replace protein?
Hi! Having gradually given up eating meat, poultry and fish a few years ago (insects too, yes), I began to form my new diet. My vegetarian menu includes many products, there is no lack of variety.
What to eat and cook from in vegetarianism? Here is just one article on this topic, but every day there are more and more of them on the Internet! Not only will you not die of hunger, but, most likely, you will not feel any discomfort, infringement, shortage.
In this article, I will give 20 specific points that have “registered” in my veggie diet. There are no recipes for ready-made dishes, these are just products. In fact, there are more than twenty of them, because, for example, in the 3rd point, several types of cereals are indicated.
But first, I will emphasize once again – I am not a vegan, but a vegetarian. The difference is that vegans do not eat animal products at all, for example – eggs, and even dairy. And vegetarians – eat, some have completely given up only meat, and still eat poultry and seafood. But in my case – these components are also excluded. So, the list.

Personally, I love spaghetti carbonara. And you know what? It is not strictly necessary to cook it with bacon. Instead of bacon, you can use, for example, mushrooms. In this case, my wife cooks carbonara with either champignons or oyster mushrooms.

These were 20 products that are included in my personal vegetarian diet. In fact, there are more, and there are dozens of dishes that can be prepared from them. I will be glad to receive reviews and additions, goodness and peace to all!
